Applications are invited for the post of Head of CELT.

CELT is currently very fully engaged in many aspects of the University's essential high priority work towards achieving and maintaining excellence in student achievement, experience and satisfaction. This vacancy offers an enthusiastic and experienced individual the opportunity to play a key role in this hugely important agenda. Reporting directly to the Registrar you will provide leadership for CELT and across the University to develop and oversee a major programme of activities which will promote and underpin excellence in learning, teaching and assessment. Working closely with staff at all levels in faculties, central departments and Directorate, including the DVC Student Success and PVC for Students.

You will have excellent leadership and management skills; a significant track record in learning, teaching, assessment, curriculum development, delivery and management; excellent experience and knowledge of academic staff development; the ability to contribute productively to the establishment of a culture of excellence for students and to lead on and motivate for, academic quality enhancement.
