The opportunity has arisen for a capable and experienced individual to manage the new Appeals, Complaints and Assessments Team in Student Administration and to assist in the development of a service that will facilitate the rapid resolution of student problems related to assessment, conduct and service satisfaction.

Applicants will need to have strong analytical and technical skills to assist in the development and implementation of systems to support complaint monitoring and management, file management, statistical analysis, web-based delivery of IAG and services. They will also need to have excellent writing skills, proven experience of developing training and guidance materials and a sound knowledge of the University's student regulatory framework
